DIRECTORS
Our directors have had a clear vision for BCRI since its inception. Help area student-athletes achieve their goals through hard work, dedication and team-first principles. As the program continues to grow, the family atmosphere has become second to none, while athletes compete hard against each other in practice and for each other in games. The pride our directors take in the program is evident by how often you will see them at every team's practices and games. When team success, commitment and leadership is prioritized, individual success becomes the principal by-product.
COACHES
The BCRI coaching staff works as one unit. All age groups and coaches stress the importance of sharing the basketball, playing hard and being a good teammate. Our coaches have experience at all levels of basketball from the youth ages through college basketball. Without the dedication of our great coaches, BCRI would not be the program it is today. Coaches get involved with other teams within the program and stay to cheer them on at tournaments helping to create that family atmosphere. BCRI takes pride in when one team succeeds, the entire program succeeds.
